Are you kidding? Your “memory care” is a joke. Residents are left unattended. I reported you to the Ohio Dept. of Health after witnessing five residents alone. One resident kicked another causing her to fall. Another visitor and I had to go looking for an aide. Of course, the Dept of Health found nothing wrong but you don’t leave a group of dementia patients unsupervised ever. From the moment when I drove up to Inn at Bear Trail, I was completely impressed with the architectural design and overall look of the community! This place is stunning! I took a tour with Melissa. She was very friendly, extremely interactive with the residents there. They all seem to absolutely adore her, which I can see why she is very good to the residents from what I saw while I was there. I love working at The Inn at Bear Trail. I have been here since the beginning and enjoy every day interacting with the resident’s and their families. The friendships I have made will stay with me forever. I am fortunate to work in a beautiful community with loving and caring staff. Another reason I love working here are my coworkers; we work hard but also have a lot of fun together. ❤️🐻

The staff are caring and take interest in each resident! The Director is very involved and knows the families of the residents. We are blessed to have found a place with such caring staff!
