Working with Rhonda on the sell of my parents home was a very smooth, non stressful process. She kept us updated on every step of the sale. She listed it with a wonderful bio and there was sudden interest right away. We listed the home on a Thursday evening by Friday we had 14 showings scheduled and 2 offers with one being well over the asking price. I would absolutely recommend The Ingram Realtor and Rhonda as the agent.
Do not recommend. He gets facts wrong and when you show him proof, he still think the information is correct. How can you be in the business for 7 years and cannot read a property card! I would advise getting educated. Not to mention he refuses to give me my money back due to his mistake. He disclosed tax value of the 508k in agent only comments, wonder why?
