I have known Doug for about 8 years now as I owned a home in Phoenix (from a far) that he has helped manage and list for rent and sale. He is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and a great guy. There are many options out there (i received so many calls over the years to help me list my property), but Doug was patient and built my trust over a long period of time. I don't give out 5 star reviews easily. I highly recommend the Ingersoll Team.

We received great advice, direction and communication in every aspect of our home listing from the get-go. Doug & Kathy offered calming reassurance and guidance throughout and we really appreciated the daily contact of what was happening when, where and how. They were well ahead of the game in answering any questions before they were even asked. A very personal and attentive service. Stunning presentation of our home with expert photographs and marketing. Our home sold in four days.

We are Canadian. We originally purchased a condo in the Villages of Aviano in 2008. We had heard that Doug was an expert in the Aviano area, so in 2013 when we decided to upgrade to a house we used the Ingersolls to sell our condo and to purchase a home in the neighbouring community of Desert Peak. Doug and Kathy did an excellent job helping us find our perfect house and then sell our previous home! We toured a ton of homes during our search (many with the same or similar floor plans but with different finishes to see how they compared), and all the while there was no pressure for us to hurry up and make a decision...
