Our experience with Eileen, Maggie, Shania, and the rest of their team was phenomenal. Maggie and her team are amongst the least professional, least responsive people I have ever come across in any industry. They do not look out for their clients' best interest. This is a game of cashing commission checks and once the offer is accepted you will never hear from them again. Couldn't even get a response to confirm closing went through successfully for 3 days. 5 months later we are still dealing with the breach of contract on the repair contract and had to hire a lawyer. I have used Maggie and her team twice now in 6 months buying property. Without a doubt the very best of customer service I have experienced. It has been as close to turn-key as possible with all the follow up needed after the purchase. I HIGHLY recommend this team for the best in before and after the transaction.
This team has the right expertise and full scale support services (including helping me with remote repairs needed to close). Very knowledgeable on the market and related issues like rental and HoA info necessary to accelerate the deals...and I got multiple offers!
