I saw Brooklyn today for the first time and let me say - she’s amazing. She made sure I walked out feeling great about the work she did with my hair. We had a great consult and she took the time to ensure we were on the same page before she went to work. She has an amazing chair personality, super personable and energetic. Highly recommend. I had a really disappointing experience with this hairstylist Channing Monae. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and she came off very rude with a clear attitude. I tried to brush it off at first, but it only got worse as the appointment went on. What really frustrated me was the lack of communication and professionalism. I am sincerely upset. I created an account. I booked a creative space to come to this place to work. I’ve been doing Hair now 26 years, this is the most unprofessional company. Nobody left me a code to get into the building, but they definitely were able to take my money.
