I have got my hair done here about 3 times.. The one time I scheduled and wasn’t able to attend my appointment I called to try to cancel and I was told I either have to pay half which is 350 or show up and pay the full price. Which funding was the issue being I haven’t been to work in a week because of the flu and mind you they have a 48hr cancellation period (I’ll put the ss at the bottom) this is not true at all!!! First time there and grace did a wonderful job on my hair color and trim. She even curled it for me. Best experience i had at a hair salon. I will definitely be coming back to see grace. She was very talkative and I like that having a conversation when getting my hair done. She also offered me a drink
Its a great salon, very clean and professional, and lauryn is the best!
