Grace is absolutely amazing! She really takes the time to listen to what you want and makes sure you leave loving your hair. I’ve never had a stylist who’s been so detail-oriented and consistent — every appointment turns out perfectly. Whether it’s a cut, color, or styling, she nails it every time. Plus, she’s so friendly and easy to talk to that the whole experience feels relaxing and fun. I can’t recommend Grace enough — she’s truly the best!

Reading the reviews and seeing how they share personal information about private conversations with clients and don't make exceptions for the flu is crazy. And I've never heard of pre paying for a hair service. No way no thanks just plain no. They've given themselves a bad review by their unprofessional response. If you agree to pay for your service at the time of booking you should have disclaimers like emergency illness, car breaking down, etc.
