Reading the reviews and seeing how they share personal information about private conversations with clients and don't make exceptions for the flu is crazy. And I've never heard of pre paying for a hair service. No way no thanks just plain no. They've given themselves a bad review by their unprofessional response. If you agree to pay for your service at the time of booking you should have disclaimers like emergency illness, car breaking down, etc.
I have got my hair done here about 3 times.. The one time I scheduled and wasn’t able to attend my appointment I called to try to cancel and I was told I either have to pay half which is 350 or show up and pay the full price. Which funding was the issue being I haven’t been to work in a week because of the flu and mind you they have a 48hr cancellation period (I’ll put the ss at the bottom) this is not true at all!!!
