STILL the Worst Update, A/C still isn’t fixed! ZRS Management, this was over a month ago. Don’t bother responding. I don’t need excuses and apologies; actual progress would be an unexpected treat.
The WORST. The building (Indigo) has been without air conditioning for 4 days now with no end in sight. This is the second time in less than a year that residents had no A/C yet are expected to pay full rent and utilities. The last time this happened there was no A/C for 2 months. It is a shame that ZRS Management is using the fact that there is no Florida legislation around landlords providing A/C to take advantage of its tenants. I am disgusted for everyone who lives here, including my family, who I am trying to relocate ... read more

They are forcing out all the senior's and vets so they can get higher rents and air B&B , the building is in very bad shape , everything breaks all the time because the building is so old , they have shootings,people jumping out of windows,don't move here!
