Ken is an extremely talented and versatile drummer with years of professional experience as a performer, educator and technician. In my own experience working with him it is easy to see that Ken truly loves what he does, inspiring both students and fellow musicians alike. He brings a breadth of technical knowledge, musical skills and enthusiasm to every gig so if he's on the job, rest assured you will be in good hands.

Mr. Ken is a fantastic and talented individual. He is a caring teacher who meets students where they are and the motivates them to push themselves to new levels of achievement. He truly cares about the success of everyone he works with. Additionally, he’s a talented repairman as well. He’s serviced many pieces of equipment for programs I’ve been involved with. Work was always completed on time, on budget and with a smile. I can’t recommend Mr. Ken and the Independence Drum School enough!

Excellent instruction. Mr. Ken takes his time to meet his students at their level, then pushes you to get better. I had a weak sense of rhythm and no technique at all. Very musical, very patient, and a fun and funny guy. Highly recommended. I'm a far better drummer and musician thanks to Independence Drum School.

Mr. Ken is a great teacher. His son and daughter were in my oldest daughter’s class. I took drum lessons with him for five+ years. Performed with my two daughters, so cool, because of his help and teaching. He is also very funny.
