I have really enjoyed my time at the Imperial apartments, the management is super friendly and helpful, and maintenance has been great too when needed. Great price for the area.
Place has gone down the tubes. Newbury fired the amazing property manager we had, we've been without internet for going on 4 months now (oh but we got a 10 dollar credit, what a pittance.) Maintenance damaged and entered multiple rooms without prior appropriate notification. I had planned on staying at the imperial until I found a permanent domicile, but Newburys operations lately have made me change my mind entirely.
There is no wifi on the apartment for weeks and they will still charge you for it. There has not been any updates and it is frustrating trying to reach to staff about it since they won't answer
No one tell us why and when there will be WiFi in this apartment，disappointed in the management.
and then there is no more updates anymore, I have had the concern for the new management.
