Great apartment with responsive, helpful management. I've been a tenant for multiple years. Spencer is very easy to work with and he'll go the extra mile for you!
And they took my 500 bucks and kept it.
Management is nothing but kind and professional. The area is an ideal spot if you are a college student nearby or a young professional. So much to do!

I have really enjoyed my time at the Imperial apartments, the management is super friendly and helpful, and maintenance has been great too when needed. Great price for the area.
