I’ve been seeing Abida Minhas for years, and while the quality of care started out AMAZING, it has noticeably declined. Sessions now feel rushed and have a lack the thoughtful attention I once received. I often leave feeling unheard and without the sense of progress that therapy is supposed to provide. Consistency and genuine engagement are vital in therapy, but lately I’ve experienced the opposite. Therapy is an investment of time, energy, and MONEY!!! The Impact Counselors does amazing work for the community and truly changes lives. I cannot speak highly enough for Madiha Ashraf, LPC and the entire practice! They lead with compassion and are extremely accommodating - I recommend them to friends and family in all phases of life without hesitation.
The Impact Counselors does amazing work for the community Mashallah! The front desk staff has always been helpful and responsive when needed. I saw Abida Minhas for a couple of months when I needed someone really badly. She helped me so much become better for my self and for my family. I love the welcoming environment at this office. The front desk staff are sweet and always helpful. My therapist is incredibly helpful and offers the support and guidance I need for any issues I bring up. Highly recommend!
