It’s old, most of the employees are on their personal phones, front desk rude I was in the middle of explaining why I’m here and she say hold up and answer the phone, then they take your ID and Insurance card and hold it u til ur called back.. I didn’t like that.. it’s smells bad in here
I had an MRI appointment this morning. Great experience. Wonderful, pleasant staff.
This was the worse service I have received at a medical facility. My mom’s appointment was at 10am. My mom gets checked in. Then a female comes to tell us that we would have to reschedule because her appointment was at 8am. I said no it wasn’t. Another female comes out and says her coworker is wrong and they would be calling her name shortly. While waiting for her name to be called another female comes out and states the appointment would have to be rescheduled until tomorrow while laughing. I ask her what’s so funny and sho... read more

Will tell you to arrive 15 minutes early for a 6:30am appointment, just so you can wait in front of locked doors until they open after their scheduled opening time.
