Chase and Jonathan were great, my Nana was so worried and they put her at ease. She actually came out smiling after the MRI. Definitely going her if ever need an MRI or imaging.
Can’t believe the wait time here with absolutely NO estimated timeframe given for services. They take your payment with no issue! Super unprofessional. Do NOT waste your time here.
Shout out to George RN in the CT Dept. Hands down the most loving , caring and compassionate person we have met. He was so kind and gentle to my husband this am 11/5/24 . He had difficulties laying on the table but George took the time to help make him comfortable. You can tell he has a love for what he does. All the staff in the Imaging Dept. were very kind and caring. Theses guys don't get enough credit for all the hard work they do. Thank you!
Son was here at 950 for 1030 appt. Waited past 1030 till past 11 and they said appt wasn't until 11. They got it wrong because it was recorded as 1030 appt. They need to get act together. Employees that schedule are very incompetent.
First of all, I think it is totally ridiculous that this place does not call you and make an appointment.You have to call damn and make an appointment. Then no one answers the phone I leave a message nothing happened. The waiting room is a disaster.If you're not sick before you get there you will be when you get there! Most people in the waiting room are angry.No one in the office No what's going on. I was literally just there to get an X-ray.And they did not mention scheduling my m.R.I.
