Everything about this centers screams Professional, that's from the time you walk in the door, to the person who walks you down the isle to the changing room and then to the mri and back up front. I give them a rare 5 star rating cause there's nothing they can improve on. They are at their best 👌 👍

My family members have used The Imaging Center several times over the past few years, and our experience was always positive. However, my most recent experience with office administrative procedures when attempting to schedule an MRI for my wife left a very bad taste in my mouth. I took a doctor's order into the center and was told that it had to be taken up with Central Scheduling. I called and requested a price for an xray. I was given a price and I asked if that included any office visit charges or additional fees. I was told that was the price for xray and diagnostic so that would be the total. I asked if I needed to make an appointment. I was told I could just come as a walk in. I showed up about an hour later and was told that I had to have a doctor referral and could go next door to urgent care for that. If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve tried to schedule an appointment here and have had to reschedule three separate times because they keep telling me my insurance is expired when it isn’t. I had it faxed to their office, but they couldn’t find it. I do not recommend this place at all!

Extremely traumatic experience and I will never let them touch me again. Also I would never recommend their services to anyone
