If I could give zero stars I would. This place is so unprofessional and unreliable. No communication whatsoever. No one answers the phone. They will schedule you a virtual appointment and not show up. This a pure joke and a waste of your time. Lack of communication, wont answer the phone on testing day. I tried to ignore the poor reviews and give this place a shot as they were one of the earliest available. They did the intake video, and then set up the secondary appointment. Here I sit, leaving 5 missed calls on their end, able to leave this review with no call back. Extremely dissatisfied.
I had a good experience with this clinic. They are very busy, but still provided prompt service. When you call in you have to leave a message, but they always called me back the same day. The process of the testing and review of the results was helpful and insightful. My medical records were provided as promised and will be useful for my treatment program. I’m very thankful to The Imagine Center.

This was the most stressful experience. I needed an evaluation for my son, the intake zoom meeting was great. After a month and a half of wasted time trying to SCHEDULE his second appointment (the Detroit location), I decided to read the posted reviews and decided to go elsewhere. All of my messages to schedule his appointment went ignored but yesterday, four months after the zoom intake appointment I received a letter from the billing department for the balance owed.
