Everything went great until I went to the psychologist, and the psychologist there gripped my daughter up for taking her glasses, the speech therapist was great, but I do not recommend the psychologist who works there
Took 5 days to schedule my appt. Spoke to several phone representatives who were rude & impatient, Talked so fast, hard to hear the representative on the phone. I kept calling til I got a nice lady. This occurred May 7, 2025, Office staff in Bloomfield, PGH, PA was robotic and cold personalities. CRNP and the psychologist looked at their laptop and didn't make eye contact. How unprofessional glad i never went to this clinic who cancels an appointment on the day of the appointment? Clinics should be required by law to compensate patients for wasted time and expenses . Do not go to this clinic !!! Reschedule to a different place for an exam
Drove 2 hours to middle of Pittsburgh they cancelled my daughter's appointment upon arrival.. Stating they spoke with her dad who is blind and can't speak saying they cancelled with him-LIEE Had to pay to park for 2 minutes what a waste!! Connelsville location is closer but kept saying they don't have a psychologist there well call back 3 different times (on hold about an hour each time) Guess what yes they scheduled her there... She went now their saying we've got to go again!! SSA needs to contract a more competent company... read more
They were so kind and welcoming. And the dr was so kind and caring they made the appointment and process so much easier.
