Absolutely the worse talked to someone today and was explaining that I didn't have a way to get to the appointment because I don't drive she yelled at me saying well take an Uber (Uber there is 30$ one way) not sure how they think anyone who is filling for disability or on a fixed income has 60$ to go to a doctor's appointment. This place was miserable, in true lowest-bidder government contractor fashion. We arrived to the blandest, most impersonal waiting room I've ever seen. They were calling names so quietly that people were obviously missing being called, and their system was ridiculously disorganized. They also did not have any people on site to help the DISABLED people fill out paperwork. I was literally helping another patient's guardian fill her documents out, because she was unable to do so. Wildly incompetent. Called to ask them a specific question about the services being rendered and their suggestion was to google it. If I could google it, I wouldn't be calling!
I had an appintment the nurse had walked away while giving me and eye exam they had me waiting 2 hours after i was suppose to be seen the same nurse finally came to get me to go in one of the rooms still had me waiting almost another 30 mins the doctor finally came in she was talking to me rudely barely gave me an exam was yelling at me only saw me for 5 mins
I had an appointment for 12:30 and 1:15, I was sitting around being told "you'll be next" for 2 and a half hours and did not end up being seen. The building is very hard to navigate as a disabled person. I use forearm crutches and I had a very difficult time getting around. Front desk staff look like they don't want to be bothered. Avoid this place if possible!
