I had an appintment the nurse had walked away while giving me and eye exam they had me waiting 2 hours after i was suppose to be seen the same nurse finally came to get me to go in one of the rooms still had me waiting almost another 30 mins the doctor finally came in she was talking to me rudely barely gave me an exam was yelling at me only saw me for 5 mins
I had an appointment for 12:30 and 1:15, I was sitting around being told "you'll be next" for 2 and a half hours and did not end up being seen. The building is very hard to navigate as a disabled person. I use forearm crutches and I had a very difficult time getting around. Front desk staff look like they don't want to be bothered. Avoid this place if possible!
I was recently an employee here until I quit. Me quitting had nothing to do with the facility supervisor, but with management and HR who continuously made it harder for us to do our jobs. HR and management asked for our suggestions and when it was time for those suggestions to be put to work, they deliberately Reneged on what they say and continue to do the things that made it harder for us to do our jobs and for claimant’s To be seen. Very rude from calling about medical records. One person hung up on me, the other seemed bothered by my call. Time for us to band together and create our own healthcare initiatives because ppl like this are ruining things from the bottom on up and vice versa.
Awful experience here. Went for my daughters SSI review & the doctor cheated right in front of me through the entire IQ test/review. I called her out & then she tried hiding the paper from me. I called the case manager & reported her. Case manager stated we are not the 1st to complain about this & that unfortunately IMA group is the only place SS is contracted with.
