This place is dreary (Unit 11). There was no color, no visuals for learning on the walls, no television (bring their tablet or have your phone). Being that children are taken here, it would be nice to give our children a child friendly environment. As for the staff behind the desks (once you're called to be seen in the back), it should be time to upgrade to a computer. The doctor I saw used a folder system for documentation. My wife came in today for a government sanction disability appt. DR GREENBERG was awful. My wife and daughter were both there. She treated my wife like she was dumb. She cut my wife off and interupted her constantly. She was not listening and even dismissive. Do you people really think my wife WANTS TO BE THERE?!? She was saddled with something she didnt ask for and the least you could you be be pleasant! I wonder if I was there if Dr Greenberg would have treated her in such a manner. Absolutely the worse talked to someone today and was explaining that I didn't have a way to get to the appointment because I don't drive she yelled at me saying well take an Uber (Uber there is 30$ one way) not sure how they think anyone who is filling for disability or on a fixed income has 60$ to go to a doctor's appointment. I explained I couldn't afford to take the Uber and was old she is the one who figures out transportation and that she has never heard of me so I must be lying I explained my lawyer makes the calls and... read more
