I am a former employee at the ima in Philadelphia I have never worked for a piss poor company in my life.! Management and hr sucks they ask and hold meetings of how to make the work place better and when suggestions are made they deliberately do opposite of what anyone says . I was recently an employee here until I quit. Me quitting had nothing to do with the facility supervisor, but with management and HR who continuously made it harder for us to do our jobs. HR and management asked for our suggestions and when it was time for those suggestions to be put to work, they deliberately Reneged on what they say and continue to do the things that made it harder for us to do our jobs and for claimant’s To be seen. The worst place ever, they over book, systems stay down! They are inconvenient!
If I could give this place no stars I would. My daughter had an appointment at 9am and she wasn't seen until 10:40 am and still had to wait for the physician to see her for her appointment that was scheduled for 10am the same day. This is what you do to people with mental health disorders and physical disabilities. We are still waiting to be seen for her physical. Their goal here is to discourage you to leave so they can deny you for your benefits. And they are also a little prejudice to the brown skin folks. IJS. This place... read more
