Everything went great until I went to the psychologist, and the psychologist there gripped my daughter up for taking her glasses, the speech therapist was great, but I do not recommend the psychologist who works there
Took 5 days to schedule my appt. Spoke to several phone representatives who were rude & impatient, Talked so fast, hard to hear the representative on the phone. I kept calling til I got a nice lady. This occurred May 7, 2025, Office staff in Bloomfield, PGH, PA was robotic and cold personalities. CRNP and the psychologist looked at their laptop and didn't make eye contact. VERY ignorant people that do their evaluations. Get better people that know they're dealing with disabled kids and know how to talk to and treat them correctly. Hope there's someone I can call to file an actual complaint about the lady that we dealt with.
Whoever the older lady was that did my son's evaluation was so IGNORANT and RUDE to my 6 year old son. Kept making snarky comments to him and got an attitude with him as we walked out. Told him he didn't need to act the way he was because everything she needed was in the paperwork- why did we drive 2 hours down there then! Hire better people and get rid of her, my god.
How unprofessional glad i never went to this clinic who cancels an appointment on the day of the appointment? Clinics should be required by law to compensate patients for wasted time and expenses . Do not go to this clinic !!! Reschedule to a different place for an exam
