I had a very good experience there, I was wary and nervous about getting the exam because they work on the agency’s behalf and felt they would not be considerate to a claimants needs but I was well taken care of by Ebony who made me feel comfortable and was cheerful and friendly, also had the same feeling with Karen who performed my exam, although they give a lot of orders I was treated quite well. I think they give you the same energy that you come in with, could be the reason for bad reviews, just speculating.
Making decisions without any Dr. Paperwork. Im an active epileptic treated by the Cleveland clinic for my seizures since 2016 and someone in your office with no neurology experience decides after ten years of seizures that I'm completely fine as of the 22nd. I will now no longer have my medication and that will cause me to have uncontrollable seizures. When I die from your decision, be prepared for the lawsuits that will follow.
