My experience was apparently much more pleasant than that of others here. It was just fine - all of the medical professionals and the front desk staff I dealt with were pleasant and professional. I have to say, though, that the sheet of directions they included with the paperwork that they mailed me were laughably inaccurate. Horrible experience! They didn’t listen to anything you had to say, they talk over you, make you feel like your a worthless person, don’t really care what your issues are, not friendly at all! The nurses were kind who did vitals and checkin. The doctors are rude and condescending! I left there today so upset! When I told him what I was diagnosed with all he said was what’s that I never heard of it. Like I made this up! I don’t recommend that place to anyone, Dissability needs to do better! Place is a joke. I did my appointment and they’ve got me sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours for them to receive an email. The absolute biggest waste of time.
