Emma Franz provided excellent medical service for my VA claim and was respectful of my condition. I had a short wait and zero issues with the staff at the front desk.
Given I was late to my appointment, I'll add an extra star. Customer service needs fixing. One of the ladies was understanding and fairly nice, while the other one was fairly rude. Hope I don't have to come back to experience this uncomfortable and mildly terrible service.
I giving this place one start due to how I was treated by one of the staff members. The staff member that im speaking of (not sure of her nationality ) but maybe Ethiopian was very rude and matter of fact. She was very rude and not instructive on what the next steps were after filling out the paper work. I also had my daughters with me and I wasn't sure of the procedure.She told me I couldn't bring my girls back and needed to leave them in the waiting area,which I was fine with.
