The whole process dealing with my injury has been handled very well, the physical therapy process has been very helpful.

Staff was very nice and polite. Clean facility and wait time was less than 30 minutes
3 different employees (attending doctor, CNA, and a phlebotomist) gave me the wrong time to return to get the test results of my TB test. Had to return the same day 8 hours later. I had to wait over 3 hours in the waiting room just to have the test done because I was told over the phone i did not need to make a reservation appointment. The whole ordeal was very unprofessional.
