Very easy check in process, the guy at the check in desk was nice. Not just to me but everyone I seen him check in. My appointment was actually on time. The nurse did a great job! She was helping and willing to answer all my questions.
Love this place everyone is very polite and friendly and I’m in and out, not more than 30 minutes for my DOT physical. The doctor, Vincent is the best very nice and friendly and takes time to answer all my questions. Great place!
Expect to wait about 1-2 hours before going back but staff is nice and thorough.
Concentra, has been a life saver for me. I have only been going to PT for 2 weeks. Doctor's and therapist actually show a concern. Front desk staff actually greet you by name!
Wait time was extremely to long, went for a pre-employment physical took 11/2 hr just for front desk to verify everything. Then another hr to get called back.
