Very friendly and professional
They need training on how to draw blood. Noone could and they BOTH busted/blew veins in both my left and right arms. Ill spare the photos. Went to a quest the next day and they told me I was an easy stick...need to train ur staff more on how to do a blood draws if you offer those services
This has to be the best Concentra I’ve ever been to and it’s because of the staff typically when I go to a Concentra, they’re crabby. They’re rude. They try to get you to do things that you don’t need not this one. I literally went there for an employee drug test I didn’t have to wait very long. I got lucky on that one to be honest with you. The front desk lady was so rude and disrespectful she lost all my time, the other staff were nice
Concentra in Sherman TX is great they have always gotten me what I needed medically and the staff are very friendly
