Staff was helpful and nice
I went there yesterday to get some tests done for an upgrade in my VA benefits, everyone was very respectful and very professional, good job. Keep up the great job, everyone I talked to said "thanks for your service". Even if I don't get my upgrade, they made me feel comfortable. Thank you
I recently went for a mental status exam on the 19th of December. I am very satisfied with the process and the outcome of my visit. The Dr. K. Verdone PsyD. was extremely thorough and professional. The Dr. was very patient and kind while she was assessing me as I provided information necessary to my medical claim. Absolute waste of my time and energy. Everyone I interacted with while I was there for a psychological exam appointment had either no emotion or were a little mean. I was called back 40 minutes after my appointment time, and while the appointment was supposed to last 30 minutes, I think I was back there for 13 minutes. My psychologist didn’t even have a personality.
