I moved 1 month ago and worst experience in this apartments, it is not permitted to smoke inside the units and tenants do whatever they want without respect and break the rules, management is incompetent to follow the safety and integrity of tenants. Think twice before moving to Icon apartments.
This will be lengthy sorry ahaha XD I lived here a few years ago and, still, no apartment I've stayed in before or after has rivaled these. It was actually something great that came from a bad situation. Initially, I had signed to live at a place that I won't name nearer to Tech, but after some horrific mismanagement that left me without a place to live days before I was set to move to Lubbock, I ended up finding an amazing deal at Icon last minute.
