Unacceptable and aggressive behavior from the front desk staff. Today during checkout, an older, bald Caucasian male concierge literally marched toward us and began shouting at the top of his lungs in the lobby, making insulting gestures and false accusations just because we kept the elevator open for 20 seconds to load our luggage. And this happened right next to my pregnant wife; she was extremely scared and terrified. Do not recommend renting here. Constant false fire alarms, water shut offs, AC issues. Units are so hot in the winter that you need the windows open, even with the heat turned off. Was supposed to be a pool but it hasn't been opened in years. Also currently all visitor parking is banned for a year due to construction. If you do rent here, dont get a unit facing the alley in the back unless you want to be woken up by garbage trucks every single morning.

The apartments are incredibly outdated and infested with bugs. On top of that, false fire alarms go off constantly, forcing everyone to evacuate and wait for the fire department. To make matters worse, the white, bald guy in his 50s working at the reception is incredibly disrespectful and constantly aggressive for no reason at all. Someone with this kind of attitude should not be working in the hospitality/service industry, or management needs to take serious action! Long story short, living here is a complete regret.
