Got my daugther's name wrong on the cake then blamed me. Took owner 10 days to get back to me about the issue. She then told me she reviewed the order and the order had it spelled the way it was on the cake. I'm pretty sure I know how to spell my daugther's name and would not have given them the wrong spelling. She also then told me they always have the person check the spelling. We were so happy we chose Paula and Icing on the Cake to make our Wedding Cake! Paula was absolutely lovely to work with and made the planning process easy and seamless. We brought pictures of ideas that we wanted for the design and she sketched a few drawings which were great-- the end result blew us away and our cake was gorgeous! Paula was great to meet with! My fiancé and I had our wedding cake tasting there and were so informative and helpful! Our cake is including with the wedding package at the hotel and Paula let us know clearly with examples what was covered. We tasted: coconut dream (fiancé picked that to be the top tier that we take home), chocolate mocha (our pick for the rest of the cake), red velvet (amazing!!!), white cake with strawberry and the chocolate chocolate.
