I have been choosing my cakes from The Pastry Garden since they first opened in the Hudson Valley in the mid-80s. The chocolate mousse is one of the best I've ever tasted, and the dessert cup is my favorite indulgence when I need to treat my sweet tooth! My two favorite cakes (awww, do I really have to pick just two?) are the shadow layer with ganache and the lemon buttercream cake.
