If giving zero stars was possible I would, but since I can’t I’ll have to settle for one so I can tell you all how truly awful the owner of this place is. Vincent does not know how to run a counter service business, he is genuinely one of the worst owners I’ve ever encountered in my 5 years of working in customer service. He is a micromanager who has absolutely no idea what he’s managing as he has no background in ice cream and has not made the effort to learn. Ordered two med cups. One with a topping, the server literally put 4 broken up peanut butter cups, not whole ones, 4 broken pieces. I said, umm can you put a few more on there please? He did. Then I ordered another med cup with cherries as a topping, he literally put 4 cherries, no lie. So if you’re looking for a decent amount of toppings like other places, this is not the place for you. This place made me like ice cream. I used to hate ice cream, but once i tried the ice cream from here i converted into an ice cream lover. It tasted so good, and the texture is amazing. I could bathe in the birthday cake ice cream. And the maple waffle ice cream. And the peanut butter chocolate ice cream. It’s that good. The servings are also good.
