We recently bought a new heat pump high efficiency ac and heater from the iceman. The sales process was very informative and transparent when they visited the home. The office staff could have been more knowledgeable about the payment options and communication could have been more clear via email as the ambiguity caused unnecessary back and forth and the quote to buy cycle time could have been reduced if there was clarity and timeliness in response. The Ice Man came out for an emergency furnace service after a basement flood. The HVAC tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the whole furnace apart, inspected it and verified it was safe to run with no damage to equipment. He even updated the thermostat software and helped configure it in the same visit. Very reasonable price and quick response when it was needed.
Really nice team. We took a super long time to decide on which system we wanted and got lots of quotes. In the end we went with Ice Man and they were really great to work with. Really thorough and did a beautiful job. I would recommend for anyone looking to get a new system and we plan on using them in the future.

Had a great experience with installation of our air conditioning and furnace after our old unit gave away unexpectedly during a hot summer week. Larry and the Ice-Man team helped procure an AC unit in a crunch, and were thorough, clean and professional during the install process. Pam maintained great communication and helped me figure out financing for the install, in addition to helping schedule the installation on short notice.
