Went in specifically to get pints of ice cream, The sign on the freezer said to take the pints to the counter and flag a team member down to be checked out. After picking my pints, I wait at the counter while two service members worked on Sundaes, then two more came out to make more Sundaes and they continue to ignore me. Their focus was solely on the line for Sundaes and gave no cares to anyone else in the restaurant. I returned the pints after waiting 10 mins and left disappointed none of their staff took a care.
The banana pudding ice cream was heavenly and the waffle cone was perfect

Lineup was long, but there were lots of options, and everyone’s ice cream looked fabulous. I opted for a scoop of the blood orange passion fruit sorbet (vegan), and it was soooo good.
