Ian and Chantel are the friendliest people you could ever meet. They are so helpful with all the details for selling or buying your home. I have done both now with them. They make it so easy to work with and they continue to keep in touch even after the sale.
We recently bought a home with Amanda from this team and she was amazing!!! She went the extra mile to make sure we got the home we wanted, was always available to chat and answer any questions we had and was great at booking viewing times even with me and my partners busy schedule. I felt like I barely had to lift a finger when looking for a new home as Amanda, Chantal and Ian did such great work to help us find our new home!
Clayton was great! Very responsive to all my communications! It was a purchase with an extremely quick possession and he was 'on point' with the Home and Water inspection requests, arranging them for us with lightning speed. Highly recommend Clayton and the Ian & Chantel Group! Our best realtor experience so far.
