Ten Select is one of the nicest apartments I have ever lived in, and I love the location. The staff is very responsive and does what it can to make living here nice and easy!
While Lamar and Hector, the maintenance team, were truly outstanding—by far the best I've encountered—and the apartment layout was spacious, my overall experience at this building was very negative. First, the rent increase was absolutely insane. After living here for a year, they raised our rent by nearly $2,000 a month (a 37% increase), forcing us to move out. Beware: greedy and deceitful management company in a low quality apartment building! I lived in this building for a year and was able to overlook the numerous issues (poorly designed sink and shower that didn’t properly drain, routine package pileup in an unmanaged lobby, broken garage door that left residents unable to drive in or out, low quality appliances and flooring, nightly blaring of music by the neighbors heard due to poor sound proofing) due to a large floor plan.
