Horrible service, the technician was supposed to arrive between 12-4pm. He didn't call or inform me he wasn't able to make it. Don't bother with this company, because they don't bother with you.
The company was very helpful, from the people who set the appointment to the technician who provided the service. They even checked in a couple of times when they had cancellations to see if we could sync up earlier.
The tech who came over was super professional and friendly. Really satisfied with the work he did.
Our home felt more like a sauna due to high humidity levels. HVAC Service came in, installed a dehumidifier, and turned it back into our comfortable retreat.👍👍👍🙏
Indoor humidity was making our house a tropical nightmare. We have never had this issue before, so we were really worried. But HVAC service calmed us down, explained everything, and offered to install a dehumidifier. The price also surprised us, it was lower than we thought. Great value for money!
