Called The HVAC Service (Air Care) company for an AC issue. They sent a tech out to diagnose the problem. After various tests, the tech concluded that it was a circuit board problem and recommended it be replaced. When asked, he indicated that he needed to reach out to the AC manufacturer to obtain one and that it could take anywhere anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to approximately 1 month (worst case scenario).
