I have had nothing but great experiences with Mike from my new HVAC to maintenance. Mike recently came and looked at my gas fireplace insert that has never worked since I bought my house. Mike figured out what was wrong and got it up and running much to my surprise and delight. He helped save me a lot of money not having to replace it and now I have a heat source should the power go out. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
They came to fix our train system , they had tantrums of cussing, sheered off screws and then said they were rusty, the screws were brass, ( they do not rust). Then by the day end, he said I’m going on vacation until the 28th, get someone else. Very unprofessional. Will not use or recommend.
This company installed both a new AC and a new furnace for us a few years ago (2016). Since that time, we have had issues with both units. Our furnace was not heating, and it took four visits for them to determine the issue, get the right part, and repair it. The first time, they checked only the thermostat and not the unit! Excellent service, knowledgeable and quickly was able to repair heating system.
My system was heating my home, but not cooling. I called them and they came out the next day. The technician was really friendly and diagnosed my problem almost immediately. It took about 45 minutes for him to fix. Now I don't have to worry about this summer heat any longer. Two thumbs up- would definitely recommend.
