A few concerns regarding the property at 536 Ivings Drive, Port Elgin. I was extremely disappointed to discover that the building hallways do not have security cameras installed like sheesh. This raises serious concerns about tenant safety and accountability?. In October, a package containing items worth approximately $300 was stolen from outside my sister's former apartment (unit 108). Filled out/emailed back resident feedback form with a question/concern. Had no response back after weeks of waiting for one. It said a wait time of 2 business days after submitting... I then called Skyline customer service and was told I would receive a call within 2 business days from the district supervisor who would be able to answer my question. Very good my sister lived here for 3 or something I don’t know how many years lots of people I know live in one of these apartment buildings it need some work in the rooms but other than that it is very good so I give you a 5 star rating because it is very good one of the people my mom works with at port elgin travelodge lives right across the hallway from my sister skyline owns a lot of the apartment buildings in port Elgin the people who work here are very nice I give you a 5 star review because you deserve it everyone els... read more
For anyone looking for a place to settle, consider moving to Port Elgin at "The Huron Apartments". I have been a resident here for the past year and a half and pleased to say they are the best in the area. Our property managers work hard to keep them in good order and safe and secure. We are located in a great shopping area and are close to the beach on the shores of Lake Huron.
