The office staff has been wonderful, they made sure my tour and move-in process went smoothly. The views are amazing! I absolutely love it here.
Since moving into the Huntley - 3 packages of mine have disappeared in concierge hands. The couriers have shown me photos that they were delivered but as of today, the concierge team has lost 3 of my packages. In early July, the concierge team marked and gave my package to another unit. In February, flowers I received for Valentines day were mismarked and caused the biggest issue. This week, my dress was delivered with pictures. I asked Vivian to look for it, no follow up. I do delivery and the front desk was rlly rude. Ignored me. Ignored my questions. Didn't respond to me then got upset at me because I couldn't read their mind. Literally actively ignoring service workers. Super rude.
Awful concierge administration, they treat people like trash.
My 1 star is for Daisy the leasing agent. Everyone else on the management team I feel is compassionate and cares about the tenants except for her. Management should audit her behavior and see if it’s suitable For their brand. I broke my lease because I moved back home she told me the wrong move out amount which i paid per her instructions, circle back 2 months later she makes it known I owe 3k more which is fine but her attitude while NOT taking accountability was absolutely disrespectful!
