Every single time I call this office, on one answers the phone and I wait on hold for long periods of time. You could be calling the emergency line and you’d be waiting an hour long with not one person to speak to. It’s absolutely ridiculous. How do you function as an office. Unreliable.
Update- Dr Balveen singh has been nothing but incredible. For years i had issues with my heart resting at 110 and high blood pressure. I was losing my ability to excersise and felt tired all the time. At 27 years old this was concerning. After a few test she diagnosed me with pots syndrome. I have never heard ofnit but after reading into it, it all made sense. For years i was mis diagnosed by other doctors saying its just stress and anxiety. Im so grateful for dr singh. The Huntington Heart Center fired me while on family medical leave because work stress put me in the hospital. They can scream they're compassionate doctors until they're blue in the face, but their actions repeatedly prove otherwise. Dr. Singh and Dr. Papaleo even called and harassed me while in the ER waiting for stitches to try to get me to quit.

In my opinion, a terrible employer, toxic workplace, typical greedy story of not hiring enough staff for the workload (that's why phone wait can be so long). And now they have sent a legal letter threatening legal action against me for my negative review here. I even have proof that they weigh maternity leave in to decisions regarding pay raises, which is discriminatory and illegal.
