Needed work done on my bike so I called the only bike shop in Huntington. Asked how much he would charge to true my front wheel. He told me he doesn't work on bike brands he doesn't sell.... I'll find a bike shop that works on bikes.. thanks!! And nobody asked for a retro fit either. I asked for a simple re-lace and truing of a bike wheel. The same as asking for a new rim on an existing tire. Retrofitting would be modifications done to a bike like adding a kit or a different hub motor. If you want the experience of a real bike shop with a great owner that’s willing to help with his knowledge and huge selection of e bikes that work fantastic and come with warranty’s great local business and is a great guy. Rather support his business at least you know you can test ride and see what you like first before buying.

What a great bicycle shop. It is locally owned and they are the best when it comes to knowledge and customer service. I am 75 years old and was looking for an e-bike but had lots of questions. Brooks (owner) spent a lot of time with me explaining all of the differences of the 3 brands he carries as well as the different models of each. He set them up for me to test ride to see which felt best for me and made recommendations based on what I was going to use the bike for. The restoration by Brooks of my 1967 violet schwinn far exceeded my expectaions. I remember picking it out with my mother Phyllis Pond on my 10th birthday. It brought back such wonderful memories. I am ever grateful. I am not on facebook but was alerted by my cousin of the picture.
