DO NOT RENT at the Huntington. It is dirty, old and not well maintained. NO smoke free like they state. No cameras installed for security. Doors are always broken from the garage. You never see Mgmt. walking the building. Garage gates always broken. You get what you pay for and this place isn't worth $500 a month.
Searching for an apartment is extremely nerve wracking in itself. Throw in the fact that I have no spare time to drive around and look for the perfect place adds even more stress on top of the stress of life issues. I searched online for many months and viewed well over 30 places in the McKinney, Frisco, and Plano area. I had a checklist of wants and needs that had to be met.
