RecommendedThis is a great place to live. There's lots of good food and shopping nearby, easy access to the highway. The other residents are always very friendly. There's 2 parks within a 5 minute walk from any building on property.

I am going to write the majority of this review in bullet points, as there is too much to write it out as a normal review. I CANNOT STRESS HOW TERRIBLE THIS PLACE HAS BEEN. Living here has been a NIGHTMARE and I wouldn’t recommend The Huntington Apartments or Greystar Property Management to my worst enemy. They used BAIT AND SWITCH tactics to get the lease signed and waited until 2 hours before move-in to inform us the apartment wouldn’t be ready for 2-3 more days, backing us into a corner and forcing us to reluctantly accep... read more

Take forever to fix anything matinence related, and it’s never really fixed. It’s just patched up I. The hopes that it’s fixed or you won’t notice. My cabinets in my bathroom should fall out anytime I put the slightest pressure on the top. My front door weather stripping looks like it was done by a child. And it’s nice to know my wife can’t take a hot shower or bath when the hot water just disappears. Will be leaving as soon as our lease is up.
RecommendedThe people here are all so friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and I love how close I am to lovely walking paths I can take with my pooch.
Complete trash. Avoid at all costs
Do NOT. Save yourself the hassle of them sending you to collections when you have proof of payment. They changed management, but the new manage couldn’t help me resolve this either. I would seriously recommend looking anywhere but here.
