We are now going into our 9th year of Leasing a wonderful 2 BR apartment here at The Huntington in Burlington. Last week I reported, directly to the Maintenance supervisor, Mike Riley that the Third floor hallway carpeting had some serious deep stains that would, obviously require some immediate remediation. Within four days, Mike and his senior Tech, Vlad deployed a Hi-Tech machine that deep cleaned and restored , not only the deep stained areas but the entire third floor carpet to what looks like ‘brand new’. Excellent turnaround and results from Vlad in The Huntington maintenance dept. Washing machine starting issue was resolved in an hour. Vlad also diagnosed a circuit breaker issue which was effecting my microwave…he replaced the breaker and the appliance is now working fine. Vlad is an excellent technician in our Huntington Team.
