My mother-in-law was a resident of the Huntingdon Assisted Living. I cannot say enough good things about the care staff. They took such good care of her and when the time came to transition her to the memory care community, they assisted in making the transition go as smoothly as possible.
Went in to tour the facility for mother in law, was asked about her situation, explained said situation. Immediately told, "Oh, we're completely full. Try somewhere else." Entire exchange, WE SCHEDULED, was over in under ten minutes. Never even offered to look, was basically kicked out. Save yourself the trouble.
Do not believe them when they tell you The Huntingdon can be your loved one’s forever home. It is a lie! They do not tell you that a resident can be kicked out for multiple vague reasons until after move in.
