I've interacted with THG on everything from escrow questions, to flood insurance, to qualification requirements, to coverage levels. Yesterday I had a simple one: billing address change. You would be surprised how many companies make this a complicated mess. THG was friendly and efficient, as usual. Not a big deal, but it shouldn't have been. My many good interactions with these folks prompted me to "like" their FB page, and I am no fan of insurance companies. I highly recommend THG for insurance needs.
