Uplift Desk is professional and gives exceptional service. I have a small business and I operate in a small island in the caribbean and they treated me like any other 'big client' they have. And the best part is I spoke to a REAL Person! not Ai or an annoying chat bot and they saw everything through.
Controller boxes on 2 of our Uplift desks went out. Had a great experience working with Kelvin on trouble shooting and ultimately ordering new boxes. Although we were disappointed that warranty did not cover the replacements, our experience working with Kelvin was fantastic!
