I stopped in to get a low-carb Granita The barista has no idea what I wanted I felt like I needed to go in and teach her how to make one so anyway I asked for a iced coffee she gave me iced coffee with no cream no milk I asked for cream. I watched her put in 1% milk. Instead of half-and-half or cream so anyway, I just paid for it but very disappointed.. The human bean in Salem knows exactly what A low carb granita is so anyway somebody needs to teach this barista how to make a low-carb Granita is
