I went to this location with my partner looking to get something sugar free as I can’t have sugar in my drinks. We specifically asked if the flavors I chose were sugar free. We were told yes. My partner is always is extra careful and asked if the drink was in fact sugar free. The barista said “Yes, well mostly sugar free”. I ended up having to change my drink at the window. I always find friendly people working here. The coffee is good as well. Would recommend 10/10
This is just my drive thru experience. I only go out to get this kinda stuff once a week as a treat. Two weeks in a row (including just now at ~8am) I've had my "Medium Iced Muddy" handed to me and it's a spiced pumpkin something or other, which tastes horrible to me. Before this, about a month ago, my Jalapeno biscuit was frozen in the center of the patty. I'm incredibly disappointed. I've always been polite and trusted them, but this is too many screw ups.
