More errors in filling orders than most coffee shops. They served, several times, my lactose-intolerant spouse coffee with cow milk when oat milk had been specified. Sometimes inattentive to the walk-ip window. We avoid this location.
One of my favorite coffee shops in town. Extra star based on customer service.
Friendly, creative, good sense of humor.
I got a coffee there a couple days ago and it was nothing but ice. The drink itself was gone in a couple minutes. I showed the worker and they explained to me that that is how much I they always use, however in the past three years that I’ve been ordering the same drink it has never been that way. Their refusal to accept accountability is ridiculous. I won’t be going there anymore.
