With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

Got a vanilla latte with Carmel drizzle and whip topping.... neither was there as I asked for. Disappointed. Won't come back.
Not sure what the issue really is not but they have really taken a dive since the redesign. Cutting down to one lane and adding a walk up window in an area with no foot traffic what were you thinking. Driven out a few times now because you are too busy. Today was over the top, pull in and its not busy and suddenly they don't make granitas and the girl working had never really heard of them then tried to agure with me on available sizes. This girls here are so sweet and so efficient. Probably the best coffee experience I’ve ever had.
Hate the redesign, come on down to one lane and adding a walk up window in an area with little foot traffic. Unfortunately this is the new design they want for all the Human Beans now. Might be time to switch to Dutch Bros.
