About this business
With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

I would say, for the price these guys hit a home run. The frozen hot chocolate and java chip granita are to die for. We went at closing time but they were kind enough to take our order.
If I could leave a 0 I would. Every time I go my drink never taste good I tried to give them another chance and got a strawberry matcha and it was brown ( I thought it was a coffee at first) and did not taste good at all. I’ve never had a strawberry matcha that turns brown.Never going back
The owner, Sandi, is unprofessional, emotionally reactive, and inappropriate in her communication with staff. She speaks poorly about employees behind their backs, makes personal and unnecessary remarks, and handles resignations with hostility and guilt-tripping instead of professionalism. And if you look at all the one star reviews, you can clearly see everyone agrees.
By miles the best chain coffee in Jackson. Anytime im close by I will always go out or my way for a 32oz Muddy!
