About this business
With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

You guys serve the best coffee but unfortunately the quality of your cups is terrible. This is the second time within a week. Coffee was all over the car and my clothes as well
Tell me why it can take up to 30 minutes for them to complete an order just because you use the window not the drive-thru. That's not even my main issue with this place. The coffee at this location literally always tastes stale and old. I have a hunch that there's some prejudice there because every time I go there there's this blonde and I always get the worst service and the bare minimum and then I get attitude on top of it. Love the coffee
The coffee is okay at best with a big emphasis on flavored syrups and milk based drinks, but without the strength of espresso for good balance. But the prices are good, the customer service is great, and the variety is fun. I don't think I'll be back for coffee, but my friends enjoyed their drinks.
