I don't live in Yakima. I am sad. I was in town yesterday and had hot chocolate with Don's doughnuts, and my partner had a green tea smoothie. So so so good. I kind of want to move to Yakima bc this place is so good.
I really love the coffee; however, the workers are not friendly to me. I thought maybe this was standard until I read all the reviews mentioning how friendly the service was. This has not been my reality at all. I can’t help but to think that it’s related to me being a person of color. I really hope not, but I really don’t understand why my experience has been so different from all of the over reviews - and I go to this coffee shop quite frequently. I am barely greeted, if at all.
