With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

Tried it for the first time today and will definately be back. The frozen coffee drink has a good coffee flavor unlike other shops. The service was great and the building looked cool. Glad to have them in our neighborhood. Drive through only Been a big fan since they opened but got a couple of granitas today and they were different than normal. Not much coffee flavor and no syrup on the sides as usual. Just bland. I hope they haven't changed the recipe or we get different drinks based on who makes them. Hopefully they will g... read more
